At The Yorkshire Scarf Company, we genuinely hope that you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. Whether it’s a matter of style, colour, or simply a change of heart, we want to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you.
If you find yourself in a position where you need to return an item, you have the right to do so. It’s important to notify us of your intention to return the item within 14-days of receiving your order. This way, we can assist you promptly and ensure that everything is handled efficiently.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will enable us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customers living in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Once you’ve notified us, you will have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us. We will email a pre-paid returns mailing label and returns information slip to you. Please return your item in a suitable large envelope or mailing bag, or if the packaging you received your item in is re-usable then you can return your item in the original packaging. Please attach the prepaid mailing label and place the completed returns information slip inside the packaging along with your item. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will process your full refund without delay.
Customers living outside the United Kingdom.
Once you have notified us, you will have an additional 30 days to send the item back to us. We will email you with a returns information slip and the address to return your item. We are unfortunately unable to provide you with free returns postage and you will need to pay any postage costs to return your item. Please return your item in a suitable large envelope or mailing bag, or if the packaging you received your item in is re-usable then you can return your item in the original packaging. Please ensure the completed returns information slip is placed inside the packaging along with your item. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will process your full refund without delay.
